Following recent rains, Chief Potter says the Fire Department will again issue Fire Permits. Permits are available on line 24/7 through the state website, after checking first with Chief Potter. See https://edgecomb.org/fire-department/ for more information.
Changes were necessary after the Town Warrant went to press, as is explained in the articles. This Addendum of three articles will be added as a separate ballot to be voted on at the May 21, 2021 Annual Town Meeting. Also, Absentee Ballots may be requested from the Town Clerk starting April 21.

Here is a copy of the final Official 2021 Town Warrant to be voted on as a referendum at the Annual Town Meeting Friday, May 21, 2021.
The Select Board invites Edgecomb residents to a forum at the Edgecomb Eddy School Saturday, August 21 to discuss the future direction of the town. The meeting will run 90 minutes, beginning at 9:00am, with coffee served from 8:30. This is a follow up to the December 2019 forum, initially conceived as the first of a series of forums honoring Edgecomb’s 250th anniversary in 2024. Save the date — details to follow.
