The regularly scheduled 2nd-Thursday meeting of the Planning Board has been cancelled on March 16, 2023
Next 250th Planning Saturday, March 18
Previous meetings to plan for Edgecomb’s 250th celebration in 2024 have resulted in great ideas for activities during the year. Now it’s time to put together committees to develop these ideas, potentially in the areas of the historical society, schools, waterfront, the arts, veterans, Schmid Preserve and social media /promotion. Please share this with, and invite, others in town who can share their knowledge and creativity to make this a truly fun celebration! Please come! Saturday, March 18th, 9:00-10:30 AM at the Town Hall.

Informational Meeting on 2023-2024 Budget
Please join the Budget Committee, Select Board and Department Heads at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, March 7, for an informational meeting on the proposed 2023-2024 Town Budget. With a Referendum ballot again this year, rather than a Town Meeting, this is your chance to hear from stake holders, discuss, and ask questions of your town leaders. They have worked tirelessly to balance the needs of the various departments with the overall goal of a fiscally responsible budget.
